Isaac H. Green, Jr., Of Counsel, was born in Montgomery, Alabama. Mr. Green received his primary school education in segregated all-African American schools in Montgomery. A Vietnam War veteran, Mr. Green also served as Counsel for the Discharge Upgrade Project for Rutgers University Law School. In that capacity, he argued cases for veterans’ recognition and benefits before the United States Pentagon. As a member of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Alabama he was a member of the appeallate team in the prosecution case of the 16th Street Baptist Church Bombing in Birmingham Alabama where four black schoolgirls were murdered. That prosecution resulted in convictions for all defendants and remains a proud distinction of Mr.Green and the young partners at Mincey Fitzpatrick Ross, LLC who look to him as senior Of Counsel the firm.

Experience

Mr. Green is responsible for one of the largest plaintiffs’ products liability verdicts in the history of the Philadelphia Courts against Chrysler Corporation. Today he represents plaintiffs in the areas of civil rights, police brutality, and employment discrimination, with a focus on plaintiffs’ sexual harassment claims, disability claims, and race discrimination claims. Mr. Green was also on the plaintiffs’ litigation team in several class action race discrimination cases. Mr. Green’s expertise includes election law, and he most recently served as an election day attorney for President Obama in 2008 and 2012 and Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016. He also served as a founding member of The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board.

Education & Licenses

He is a 1967 graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. In 1982, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the federal courts in the Eastern District, Middle District, and Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Community & Professional Affiliations

A member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Green serves on the Board of Directors for the Enon Coulter Community Development Corporation which develops and executes programs for youth and their parents in STEM disciplines. Mr. Green is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternal organization.

Mr. Green is the proud father of Wendy Green Harvey, an honors graduate of Hampton University who received a graduate degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.
